Something

When busy being busy with all the demands of life, it can be hard to hear, let alone pay attention to what your body and deeper self is trying to tell you - the voice within that is helpful and kind. And then, there’s that voice that isn’t so kind. You know the one. The voice that rears it’s head and sounds a bit like your mother or father when criticising or cross, the school bully or the like. I know, you’ve done a ton of work on yourself already. You’re fine. You’ve read the book. Taken a course even, if not a course of action. That old ‘stuff’ - its all sorted. Yes, I know.

But. There is a but - right?

‘Something’ is bubbling at the surface and it doesn’t feel good. Or seem right. Yes. Something’s on your mind. I guess it’s not that familiar even? Because, well. You’re always fine. Yes I know.

It’s a bit like weeding the garden. All is tidy and well until it’s neglected for a while. Or simply until the next time it’s time to do some weeding. That’s because the deepest roots weren’t accessed in the beginning. Or ever. So the weeds kept on growing.

Whereas what you want is for the weeds to be gone and for the healthy good things to grow. To allow the garden to flourish into it’s highest potential - to expand, mature and thrive.

Yes. I know.

Somethings are like that for you too.
